Have two indoor only cats. Will have summer garden that needs overseeing, pick fresh vegies everyday...great for grilling outdoors. Neighborhood playground across the street, home on cul-de-sac. Childrens bikes, scooters, etc. to ride and play. You can use our large SUV vehicle while staying at our home, we can swap vehicle information. We have great neighbors if you need anything while visiting Colorado.

We have 2 young daughters and an adult son in the Army. He will be home in mid/late July prior to going back to Iraq and want some time together on the beach before he goes to the desert.
