This is a 2 bedroom, 3 full bathroom townhome with a double loft upstairs large enough to be another bedroom. The couch also is a sleeper sofa. Most of the rooms have a wood laminate flooring. One bedroom and the loft area is carpeted. There are three available parking spaces. Very nice, quiet neighborhood. Close to downtown and near Augusta Nationals.

No pets or children please. Also, smoking to be allowed outside only. No drugs. Thank you.
