Discover New Mexico! Beautiful, comfortable house centrally located to Old Town, Down Town, Nob Hill, UNM area for restaurants, dancing, bike riding, tennis, golf, and horseback riding. Two bedroom town home in the city. Also offered a three bedroom county home 25 minutes away on 3 acres of land- the best of both worlds! Petroglyphs, hiking in the Sandia Mountains, Galleries, Opera, Symphony all 20 to 45 minutes away in Santa Fe and Taos- you will want to explore the rugged and beautiful Land of Enchantment- and then relax at home with a full kitchen, dining and living room with high speed internet. Land Rover available as well as tents and hiking gear. If you have 2 families or friends traveling, you can each stay in a house- or come to the country during the week and city for the week ends. Tree house, gazebo, 5 different bikes, gold clubs, tennis rackets- this is a family friendly, pet friendly home. We are a family of five plus my mom looking to travel to Madrid for the month of July- we would like to exchange during that time.

Tenemos dos casas en Nuevo Mexico; una casa de 2 dormitorios en Albuquerque y una casa mas grande de tres dormitorios afuera de la ciudad (con tres hectares de terreno). Esta casa esta situada en Los Chavez; unos 30 minutos al sur de Albuquerque.
Tambien tenemos un SUV que pueden usar. Tendran todo lo que ustedes necesiten para divitirse, o relajarse.
Nuevo Mexico se llama la Tierra del Encanto por su belleza natural. Hay muchos pueblos Indios, los caÃ±ones, el hermoso Rio Grande, las montanas Sandia y Manzano. Hay museos, arte cosmopolita, y opera.
La belleza cultural de Santa Fe y Taos se encuentran en 45 minutos.
Tenemos muchos amigos de Espana que han venido aqui para explorar, caminar, acampar y disfrutar de Nuevo Mexico.
Tenemos palos de golf, bicicletas, raquetas de tenis, tiendas de campaÃ±a, sacos de dormir, para su conveniencia. Desde el portal se mira la puesta del sol y para el oriente se ponen las montanas rojas como manzanas.Afuera hay un fuego de pozo, una cocina gourmet, y un gran patio para 12 personas. Tenemos cientos de DVDs, CDs, y tambien Internet de alta velocidad, una Wii, y Netflicks en la demanda.

La casa en Albuquerque esta cerca de muchos restaurantes, bares y clubes nocturnos. Tambien podemos darles acceso a nuestro club de salud con piscina interior y afuera, canchas de tenis, pesas, Zumba, Pilates, y las maquinas de cardio-vasculares. Una limpiadora de casa viene cada dos semanas, y los vecinos son amables y agradables.
