We have a stylish 8-year old first floor Apartment that has 2 bedrooms both with 5ft Queen size beds, 2 bathrooms, and the third bedroom is a home office with computer and high-speed internet access. There is an open plan American style kitchen, dining and sitting room, with new quality furniture and furnishings throughout. There is a Dishwasher, Washer/Dryer, Double Oven, Microwave with Grill and Convection Oven, large Refrigerator and Freezer, music centre, plus digital Television with DVD recorder/player.


We are adjacent to both the bus and train points to London. It is only a one hour journey by car into London and just half an hour to the historic city of Canterbury or the major "Cinque Port" of Dover. There are numerious gracious stately homes and ancient castles within the county of Kent, see

Kent is also known as the "Garden of England" and has glorious scenery including the 'Darling Buds of May' (by H.E. Bates) countryside at Pluckley and surrounding area which will make yet another delightful excursion. There are many hop fields who supply the local Shepherd & Neame Brewery plus a couple of bespoke wineries at Biddenden and Tenterden.


Nearby activities and attractions include Miles of Golden Sandy Beaches, Sailing & Windsurfing, Tennis, Bowling, Golf, Cinemas, Turner Contemporary Art Centre, Museums, Public Indoor Swimming Pools, Train & express bus service to London.


Michael & Rosemary are a retired couple who love to travel and have completed a total of ten home exchanges over the last three years.


Our accommodation is not suitable for children and regretably we cannot accept pets. Only non-smokers please and it may be possible to offer a non-simultaneous exchange if needed.


We love animals and have been both dog and cat owners in the past so looking after yours would be no problem.
