Exchange Zones

We live in an 18th century white English Cottage which features a brick fireplace, low ceilings and a cosy atmosphere. When walking through the front door, you are into the open plan living and dining room which has wooden floors, a fireplace, comfortable sofas, a 32 inch flatscreen tv, and an 8 seater dining table. We have a farm house style kitchen with cooker, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher. From the kitchen there are doors which open into the garden. The garden is well maintained, with a grassed area and shrubs outlining the edges, and a patio area with outdoors furniture. We have a BBQ for people to use also. Upstairs we have 2 double bedrooms, a single bedroom and an airy bathroom with both a bath and separate shower.

We are located in a picturesque village with old and new parts. There are fields, rivers and woods nearby for countryside walking. The city centre of Peterborough is only 10 minutes drive in the car, which has a spectacular cathedral, large shopping centre and plenty of leisure ammenities.

London is only an hour away by train, or an hours drive in the car. It's a very easy drive on only 1 motorway - you can't go wrong!
