Exchange Zones

Charming 2 bedroom period cottage situated 4 miles from Newquay. Perfect for north coast beaches and touring all over Cornwall. This is NOT our home but a holiday cottage that we also let to paying guests. Happy to consider non simultaneous swap almost anywhere, part exchange, swap or to paying guests. Other pictures, reviews and lots of further information available upon request. We would prefer to swap with other holiday home owners and owners of second homes that are able to validate their holiday homes. No pets or children at our end. We would also prefer not to offer peak season time ie school holidays as we usually have no problems letting these weeks to paying guests. Swapping these weeks would make little sense as we would loose far more than we would gain. That said, if what we are offered is really special, we might say yes. Basically, we'll consider anything.
