Exchange Zones

We have a three hundred year old, five bed, three bathroom (two en-suite) cottage in the middle of a pretty Devon village to offer. Downstairs we have a living room with woodburner and a study/playroom off. A large dining room again with woodburner, kitchen with breakfast table and utility room/ toilet. Two large double bedrooms upstairs one with en-suite shower room and one with a large bathroom with roll top bath and separate shower, three smaller bedrooms, with a single bed in each, and a family bathroom. Outside we have a decent sized enclosed garden with (fenced off) river frontage and country view, the pictures outside are taken in the gardens. We have driveway parking for three cars.

The village has a shop, pub/restaurant, church, school and active village hall, all the things a village should have. We are about 30 minutes drive from the coast at Sidmouth or Exmouth, about the same distance to Exeter or Taunton and a little further to Exmoor or Dartmoor. We are less than ten minutes to the local town of Cullompton (with a supermarket) and J28 of the M5, you can't see or hear the motorway from anywhere in the village.
