This 3 bed semi is located in a semi rural/ suburban area of Kent and is within easy travelling distance from London. I commute for work daily. You can catch the high speed rail to Stratford international, which is great if you wish to visit the Olympic stadium and Westfield shopping centre. Our home is located on a man made estate which houses professional working people and young families. It is very friendly and there are a great range of parks, walks, attractions, pubs which are child friendly and up market.
You can have access to many children's toys, games and if you wish you can use our male, female and children's bikes to explore the lovely estate. On our estate you have three restaurants: One chineese, one Indian, and one Thai. There is also an Asda, waitrose, costa coffee, fish and chip shop, cafe, pub with beer garden which is also child friendly.
If you want some pampering there is also a beauty service, hair salon and David Lloyd gym.
If however you want to explore outside the neighbourhood there are local castles, hop farms, vineyards, and Rochester is only 30 mins by car. Rochester also hosts a castle, and a museum dedicated to Charles Dickens.
Our house has a small but perfectly formed garden for alfresco dining and there is a swing which can be moved if needed.
The house has a master bedroom with ensuite located on the top floor, the second floor consists of one double room and one single room and a family bathroom, the ground floor has a moderate sized living room, kitchen diner and utility room with toilet.

Ideally We are looking for a swap over Christmas, but will consider any English school holidays.
