Near the Meadows and less than 10 minutes walk to the Royal Mile, less than 15 to Princes Street. Excellent location, quiet but with pubs, restaurants, cafes and buses all on the doorstep. One double bedroom, but also have a blow up mattress so can accomodate four comfortable, or 5 if someone takes the couch.

Property over 2 floors - no lift. No smokers, please!

We have high speed broadband and a washing machine, but no television.

Cosy, light flat, nothing fancy, but has everything you need and a great location in a beautiful city!
