We are in the coastal southwest region of Somerset, sandwiched in between the romantic counties of Dorset and Devon. Lovely warm cottage in the quiet village of Tatworth. A writer's retreat!
We are an hour from Bristol and about two hours from London. Surrounded by scenic pastoral beauty, sheep, cows, goats, flowers and farm shops. The closest beach is Lyme Regis known for its backdrop in the movie "A French Lieutenant's Woman." It is the ideal getaway for peace and quiet. A car would be necessary for travel and local shopping unless one prefers to catch a bus nearby. |
