A Victorian family home on the beach front with beautiful views over to Edinburgh and beyond. Burntisland is a small coastal town with all amentities and easy access by car or rail to St Andrews or Edinburgh. En-suite bedrooms, plenty of private parking.

anywhere considered within school holiday times, especially 2nd and 3rd week in October 2011 or over Christmas/ New Year.

Additional information:

We have 3 en-suite rooms used for B&B as well as three family bedrooms so a non simultaneous exchange is possible. For a simultaneous exchange you could use the 3 en-suite guest bedrooms as well as the whole of the lower floor with kitchen, utility, living room, dining room and conservatory. Car swap could also be arranged.
