Across the road from Flat 13 is the nicest part of Hove beach, with the best Italian icecream in the South-East at Marrocco's. The area is extremely convenient for shopping and has an array of bars, restaurants and cafes. You can use our two bikes to take you into Brighton town centre, a ten minute cycle away where you can enjoy the nightlife of Kemp Town, funky shopping in the Lanes as well as theatre, comedy, yoga, etc. For watersports enthusiasts, Brighton offers wind and kite surfing. You can also play volleyball on the seafront, roller blade or skate board. Get away from the city by walking in the beautiful South Downs which are just a short train ride away. There is really something for everybody!
