My lovely, bright and cosy flat has two bedrooms, each with a double bed, and in addition there is a futon in the lounge.

It has all the usuals, like a bathroom with shower, TV, digital radio, WiFi, washing machine, and a little patio garden. It's three minutes' walk from the beach, and ten minutes' walk from the main railway station and central Brighton. The apartment is quiet and cosy, and there is a lovely park in the square right outside the front door.

It is just five minutes in the opposite direction to a supermarket, a cinema, several bus stops, fish-and-chips restaurants, antique shops, galleries, clubs, and a million pubs - so, despite it being so quiet, the moment you open the door, you are in the heart of it all!

Brighton is a cosmopolitan, artistic, musical and dynamic city, with a fabulous mix of culture, history, seaside kitch, bohemian open-mindedness and continental café culture.

It's the perfect base for exploring the south coast, London, and the south of England generally, and it is only twenty minutes from Gatwick, which is very handy for trips to France and the rest of Europe.
