At the Aegean Cost of Turkey, in Kusadasi-İzmir (check at http://www.kusadasi.com), my family has a summer house. It is fully furnished. It has 2 bedrooms, but I recommend the house only for 2 people. The kitchen is an open kitchen with refrigerator . We had the house repainted last summer.
It has a big lovely garden. just 5 minutes walking distance to the beach (the "green beach", check at http://www.kusadasi.com/beaches.php ) .
There is a supermarket again in walking distance. Transportation to town center is very easy. minubuses and taxis pass front of the house.

Kusadasi is a nice and lively summer town, close to İzmir and Ephesus. you can join daily tours. Also night life of Kusadasi is very attractive. It is not an expensive town, honestly very cheap compared to other coastal towns in Europe.

I love!! travelling, I've been to many countries in Europe, Asia and visited many cities in USA.
