It sports 2 balconies, both with sea view, one from the master bedroom, the other from the living room. The master bedroom is adjacent to the bathroom/WC. All rooms have AC.

Just across the street is a bakery and, within a 5 min. walk there are 4 restaurants. Also a convenience store in the next building and a grocery store only steps away.
There is an elevator and a pool in the garden. Buses down town stop just outside every 10-20 min.

Alanya is the most popular of the Turkish Mediterranean resorts with its 13th cent. castle and lots of Roman or Greek ruins nearby.
You can go camel/horse- riding, or sailing, or jet skiing, or para gliding, and there is an Aqua park for the children. There is also an amusement theme park.
Nearby is the river Dimcay where it's really cool on a hot day and there are restaurants in mid river! There are also many exciting day trip excursions available as well as daily Jeep safaris to enjoy.
