Apartment in a cultural and historical protected building on the pemesiss of the currency producing in Sweden. The house is from year 1822 and is located in a very quiet part of town only 20 min with car to the central of Stockholm. With train 25 min.
Only one neighbour apartment on the same floor and the whole house is very calm and peaceful.
Because the house is made in stone, it's always cool in the summertime.
Car can be provided. (Prius -08).
The area has a countryfeel to it and is a very safe area due to the high security of Crane Currency company. The area have been a place to produce banknotes since the year of 1755.
The apartment has a wonderful view over the area. More pictures can be sent.

Located on a historial area. 20 min to Stockholm central with alot of sightseeing, activites, museums, shoppingareas and clubs.
A smaller central is located only a 15 min walk away from the apartment where you can do shopping and take the train in to the city.

About Home Exchange Owners :

Two longtime friends that wants to travel and experiance New York city in June. We are both very responsible and put to together. My friend works as a mailman and I'm a Teamleader at Crane AB (Crane Currency).
