The apartment is a 37sq. spacious flat in central Stockholm at Södermalm, Heleneborgsgatan 54.

3 minutes to subway and less than half a minutes to bus station (it’s just outside the door). Close to city, shops, theatres and recreational areas (Nature).

It has one (1) big living room with a French balcony and windows in two directions facing south and west, one kitchen, one bathroom with a tub, and a small cozy bedroom (big as a bed) concealed by two thick velour curtains.

In late spring and a few weeks into the summer the apartment is filled with light from two directions. At night soft rays from the descending sun slowly find their way across the living room floor. From the same direction the reflected light from the lush green oasis on the opposite side of the street finds its way in. In the winter, when the leaves from the trees no longer hide the waters behind, you can almost see the old prison, now transformed into a hotel, at the small island across the canal that separates it from the greater island where the apartment is located.
