Im going to NEW YORK this autumn and looking for a swap.
Im a graphic designer and I have a central wonderful one room apartment. I have swapped twice before. The Apartment: 42 square meter. Balcony. I've spend a lot of time with the interior design, and really think I've managed to get the right atmosphere with a shiny black floor in the kitchen and a newly tiled bathroom. There is also wireless internet. Of course I have everything you need for cooking and linen for the dubble bed. (If you need extra beds I can arrange this.) The Hood: The apartment is located on Robert Almströmsgatan. This is in the middle of the fashionable Birkastan, one of the trendy parts of Stockholm. From my door it’s a two minute walk to a lot of cozy restaurants, bars and cafes. It’s also a five minute walk to the subway stop St Eriksplan. From that station you can go wherever you want in central Stockholm within 20 minutes. |
