Exchange Zones

We have a cosy apartment about 1 hour from Stockholm with easy access to both bus/train and 15 minutes from Skavsta Airport which has flights to all over europe.

We live in a friendly neighbourhood with alot of families and kids and also 2 major super markets and gas stations less than 3 minutes walking and to the centre of Nyköping it takes 15 minutes walking.

Nyköping is a really nice city with a lot of nature, nice harbour old buildings and really old castles and churches around.

The apartment is 40kvm so it's not very big but it has all it needs.

We've got a queen size bed and a king size air mattress if needed, bathroom with bathtub,

livingroom has 2 sofas that fit 3 ppl in each of them and a 47"TV, DVD player and A LOT of video games (nintendo, super nintendo, game cube, nintento wii, nintendo 64 and PS3.

The kitchen has a stove with oven, 2 freezers and 1 fridge.

We also have a big balcony with table and 4 chairs perfect for sitting outside during the summer.
