Luleå is situated by the Bay of Bothnia in the north of Sweden, during the summer we have midnight sun which means that the sun is up both day and night, it is a beautiful and magical experience to sit on the balcony in the late evening with some cold refreshments and still see and feel the sun.
In summer we have a pleasant weather.
There is a lot of things to see and do in Luleå, We have theatres, museums, shopping etc, if you like sports there are a wide range to choose from including golf under the midnight sun. The nature is beautiful and just outside town. There are regular boat tours to take you out in the beautiful Luleå archipelago.
Just a few kilometres outside the city we have the airport “Kallax” and in the city the train station.

A very nice flat in the land of midnight sun.
The flat is on the 2:nd floor with kitchen, living room, two bathrooms and four bedrooms two bigger and two smaller ones. One bedroom has a double bed and three of the rooms have single beds and are for children in the ages of 13, 11 and 4. An extra bed can be arranged if needed. In two of the rooms there are TV, DVD and CD-player in one there is only a CD-player
In the living room we have a TV, DVD, VCR and a CD player. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, dishwasher, full size fridge and freezer, microwave oven and other household appliances. The big bathroom has bathtub with shower and a washing machine and the small bathroom has shower.
The balcony is big, sunny and very pleasant with a hammock in the shadow, there are some pots where you can plant flowers if you like.
If you have an infant we might be able to arrange some baby things as well.
Pets are allowed in the flat but no smoking allowed indoors you can smoke on the balcony.
We can arrange for you to be picked up at the airport.

Neighbourhood
The neighbourhood is a very nice place for children there are many playgrounds and lots of other children in different ages. In 5 minutes walk you have a very nice supermarket, 2 restaurant, doctor and dentist. Luleå university of technology is also situated 5 minutes away, because of the university you will find many different nationality’s living here. You can take the bus to the city centre, it take about 15 min.
There is a mosque in Luleå and you will reach it buy bus.
