We live in typical Valencian house with a sunny 45 sqm terrace. High ceilings and big and light rooms. ItŽs a quiet ground floor house. The yard has a barbecue, 2 outdoor sofas, many plants and a nice porch. The house is fully equiped as it is our usual residence.
The house is located in the neighbourhood of "El Cabanyal", and ancient fishermans village wich is now part of the city of Valencia. ItŽs a very quiet and particular district next to the beach and ten minutes from downtown. Distances: 300 meters to the beach, 400 meters to the AmericaŽs Cup Port and the F1 GP track. 15 minutes to downtown, shophing centers, Opera, Museums and railway station.
