I would like to trade my brand new apartment in the coast of Valencia (the third biggest city in Spain after Madrid and Barcelona) for yours in South Beach.
My place has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a huge and sunny balcony of 20 m2 (the total floor area is 120 m2, I.E. 1300 square feet). The apartment is just being finished of build, so everything is absolutely new. Next to the kitchen there is a small terrace with the washing machine. The building has doorman, a swimming pool, two paddel courts, a gym and a playground.
Furthermore, the subway is just in front of the main door, so you are 5 minutes far from downtown and the historic district of the city (where you can visit towers and buildings that date from several centuries ago) and 15 minutes far from the amazing Valencia´s beaches. I own a parking space if you need it though.
I am currently living in Missouri and before coming back to Spain I would like to spend my last month in the United States in South Beach (from mid May to mid June), but I could offer you my place in another dates if you need it (for example if you were planning to attend the Formula 1 European Grand Prix 2008 starting on 24th August or if you just wanted to enjoy in another dates all the beautiful sidewalk cafes and fancy lounge bars oppened since the last year in Valencia because of the 32 America´s Cup).
