It is a very spacious and well decorated home. We have a community swimming pool, across the street,parking space, home conforts, patio and Seville city centre at 7 km. with the nearest beach at 45 minutes drive. Seville, the heart of Andalusia and many beaches and places to visit.

Additional information:

We are a mixed nationality couple which have worked all our lives within the education and interpretation field. In August I will be on Holiday somewhere else so I can offer my house either simultaneously in July or during August.
