Exchange Zones

This house lies in the heart of the ancient Arab quarter (La Cuidad) of the historic town of Ronda. The Arab baths, Moslem palaces, minaret, monuments, churches and various ancient bridges are within 5 to 10 minutes walking distance.

The house has 2 main levels with a terrace on the roof level. It has the characteristic thick white walls, red tile roof, Spanish tile flooring, and antique dark brown doors. The furniture is a mix of antique Andalusian pieces and modern design.

The ground floor consists of a new modern kitchen, dining area and living room, and a full bath. There is a heating/cooling unit on this floor. The bathroom contains a clotheswashing machine.

The second floor has 2 bedrooms, the larger one contains a queen bed and the smaller one has 2 individual beds. The bedroom furniture was locally handmade. Each of the bedrooms has it's own heater/cooler unit. There is also full bath on this level.

The terrace level has fantastic views of the old town with a small wading pool and a higher terrace from which 360 views of city and surrounding mountains are possible.

Granada (and the Alhambra) is 2 hours away, Seville is 1.5 hours away, Cordoba is 2 hours away, and the beach is 1 hour away. The international airport in Malaga is 1 hour away.
