Ciudad Quesada is a bustling little town, rural in nature, but jam packed with most anything you may need. 15 minute walk is Rojales where there are a variety of shops, restaurants, tapa’s bars, cafes, banks and pubs. You will not least enjoy the access to the wonderful local produce from our local markets. There is a health centre and a 24 hour salud for emergencies. and a multitude of small shops and large supermarkets. In the town centre there is a very pretty church, a local museum and a lovely village square where you can sit & watch the world go by.

We are a German/American early 50's couple. We have no children and have resided in the southern part of the comunidad Valenciana Spain, in the Real Estate business for 17 years.

The first floor consists of laundry room, work room, as well as a fully self contained apartment with large living area open style kitchen (all appliances) with dining area, A/C hot and cold, BR w/ 2 queen beds (sleeps 4) and bathroom which has optional direct access for entry.

There is a third floor, designated as a bed/library/study (sleeps 2) of full open views.
