The apartment is located into a private urbanization, safe with intercom system, with gardens and swimming pool, and just to 100 metres of the beach. Lovely 3 bedroom apartment, with two full baths, fully-equiped kitchen with granite counters, dining area and watcher, comfortable living room with TV and air conditioned. The whole building is quite new, built in 2007. For sleeping there´s one bedroom with a kingsize bed, other room has two separate beds and the third bedroom has just one bed. The apartment has a very big terrace with views to the swimming pool. Close to the urbanization you will find the maritim walk of Rincon de la Victoria, where you can find many different restaurants (Chinese, Greek, Spanish, Italian) and also pubs and local attractions. Between the apartment and the beach there´s a bus-stop to go to the centre of Malaga for less than 2$. The place is very near of Axarquia´s villages with its typical andalusian style. Also near of Malaga, Torremolinos and Marbella, the most touristic places of Costa del Sol. And if you rent a car, you could also visit the famous Alhambra de Granada in less than one hour!! And the rest of Andalucia, like Seville (2 hours by car) or Cordoba (2 hours and 30 minutes).
And the weather here in April is usually between 22Cº - 26Cº so you will be able to go sightseeing with a very nice weather, and probably go to the beach to have a bath or just to sunbathing.
