Cosy and comfortable house! It is fully furnished and has a big terrace with a small garden where you can have a nice meal overlooking the sea. There is also a wonderful shared swimming pool on the top of the property.

The fully equipped kitchen includes - Vitroceramic stove, microwave, refrigerator / freezer, all cook ware, crockery, cutlery, glasses - everything you require to prepare a meal and also washing machine and ironing facilities.
The master bedroom has a Queen size bed with wooden headboard, bedside cabinets, reading lamps. A built-in closet provides ample additional storage space.
There are other 2 double bedrooms and 2 baths!
You also have available a parking space for a car.

The house is located in Mojacar, a beautiful town beside Cabo de Gata a nature reserve. You can go walking to the beach (100 m from the house) and you are close to a lot of restaurants, bars, supermarket etc.
It is really a good place both in winter when the lower temperature is 20 degrees and in summer when the town is full of people on holidays. It is also very close to others small towns located in Cabo de Gata where you can do a lot of trips and have the better fish you have ever eaten.
You can not miss it!

There are also several first-class golf courses in the immediate vicinity, for those who like a round, and green fees tend to be reasonable.
