Beautiful villa near the Mediterranean Sea. Five minutes walking to the beach..
It's located in a peaceful "Costa del Sol"urbanization, in Marbella.
The house is very big and the garden is more than 1.000 m2.
The house is distributed in a ground floor, (there isn't problem with upstairs).
There are two swimming pool for adults and children.
It's our second residence for holidays. It's fully furnished and we have bikes, bodyboards, kites, basketball, darts and other ammenities.
Also we could be interested to exchange our car - 7 seats.

About Home Exchange Owners :

We are a middle-aged couple. Maria is a math’s teacher and works in an Institute. I am a civil engineer, and I have a company. We have 5 children, three girls, 25, 23, and 22 years old, they are studying at the Polytechnic University of Madrid, and two boys, 18 and 12 years old. The eldest is studying at Madrid University and the youngest is studying at School. We love quiet life and take advantage of holidays to relax and make family life, doing outdoor activities.
We did a very sucessful exchangein Ireland, four years ago.
We live in Malaga, and our holiday home is in Marbella, 60 km. from the capital. We bought our villa in Marbella 20 years ago, and since then we has renewed and expanded. It is a vacation home, very comfortable and functional, to enjoy the holidays, without too many trimmings or personal items.
The living-room is very broad with a dining room for 6-8 people, 2 sofas, TV, stereo, DVD, etc. There is also a fireplace, but hardly used...
Our bedroom with double bed and bathroom en suite. There are two bedrooms with two and three single beds. There is a bathroom for these two bedrooms.
The guest area has a bedroom with two single beds, and a sofa-bed. It has a bathroom en suite.
There is another bedroom with a single bed.
There is a covered porch where you can have breakfast or meal in the most absolute peace of mind with a relaxing view of the garden. Outside there is a barbecue wood or coal and also a gas Grill.
The House has a great plot, with a swimming pool for adults and another one for children, with grass, parasols and sun beds for sunbathing. There is a cloakroom near the swimming pool and a small store with a refrigerator for drinks.
Although the villa is located in the Costa del Sol, the area is absolutely quiet. it’s situated at 12 km (15 min.) from Marbella city, and at 40 km. (30 min) from the international airport of Malaga.
The beach is situated about 400 m (5 min walking). There are two good restaurants (chiringuitos) to the edge of the sea. It’s ideal for long walks on the beach at sunset.
We have bicycles for the whole family and we like to take a walk together, go to the supermarket or visit the nearby and small Cabopino’s harbor, where there are all kinds of water activities.
There are several golf courses in the area, Santa Maria Golf is less than 1 km. from our House.
There are many tourist places to visit: Ronda, with its famous bridge and bullring. Mijas, Nerja, Frigiliana beautiful typical Andalusian villages.
Moreover you can travel to the historical cities: Granada, Sevilla or Cordoba, less than 2 hours driving.
