Sunny and spacious apartment (160 sq. meters) with two light bedrooms, plus one additional room (office), two complete bathrooms, full equipped kitchen and laundry room, living-room and a big terrace with nice views over the Mediterranean sea. Five minutes walking from the beach and its splendid seafront-promenade with restaurants and recreational areas.
The center of Malaga and historical district (with Picasso birthplace and museum) is 15 minutes away by bus. Our home is well connected to the main highway and Malaga International Airport (15 minutes ride). You will also have the possibility of exploring the whole Costa del Sol (Marbella, Torremolinos, Nerja…) and some of the most beautiful historical cities of Spain: Granada (1 hour driving), Seville (2 hours driving) and Cordoba (1 hour driving). If you are willing to go to Madrid, there is a high-speed train (AVE) that will take you in just two and a half hours

About Home Exchange Owners :

We are a family of three. Adolfo (41) lived and studied in the US -former graduate from Montclair State University (NJ, USA)- and I actually work as a Sports Manager in Malaga. My wife Esperanza is an Urban Planning lawyer working for the local public administration. We love practicing sports and we are both a very outgoing and responsible couple. We also enjoy travelling with our kid Adolfo Jr. (10). We strongly believe that giving Adolfo Jr. the opportunity of exploring new places and sharing the experience is a very important part of the education we want to offer him.
We are willing to exchange our home 2 weeks in July or August 2014, for a pleasant home in New Jersey (USA) or an apartment in Manhattan. I wouldn´t mind letting use my Mazda 6 Sportswagon and my BMW f650 bike to move around while you are staying in our home.
