Gorgeous and friendly apartment in Málaga, Andalucía (SouthSpain)

We live in a comfortable 70 square meters attic in the city center of Málaga.

It's a quiet and friendly appartment with a living room, a full bathroom, a kitchen, two typical andalusien balconies, a dinning room and a studio on one floor. The top floor has a comfortable living area, a bedroom and a terrace-roof. The ceilings are made of wood.

The appartment is close to the beach (twenty minutes walking) and the mountains. It is five minutes walking to the historical and monumental city centre.

It is perfect for a couple, but it can be also enjoyed for three or four people.

At the moment, we´re only interested in New York from 1st March, 20011 to 31th May, 2011. We are able to exchange from the month of March, 2011 to the month of May, both incluided.

Famous neighbourhood in the city center of Malaga where take place several of the typical parades in the Holly Week of the city.

Twenty minutes walking to the beach.

Walking distance (5 minutes) to the historical center where there are many restaurants, bars, shopping, theaters and museums.
