This is a beautiful, sunny flat built on a hillside with magnificent views of Figueretes beach, Playa de'n Bossa, and the island of Formentera.Breakfast on the terrace with these picture postcard views is one of those luxuries we are lucky enough to enjoy.
The neighbours are very helpful and friendly, and my father lives in the adjacent block should you have any difficulties.
Puig d'es Molins is a picturesque, quiet neighbourhood connected to town by a network of stairs which take you to Figueretes in 5 minutes or to Ibiza town in 10. Its proximity to beach and town makes it an ideal place to holiday.

Puig d'es Molins houses the Punic ruins and there are many archeaological digs in progress in the area not to mention the museum 10 minutes walk away.

As for nightlife, Ibiza is famous for it, and caters for all tastes. There are plenty of good restaurants within walking distance, including those on the beach promenade.

Ibiza is a small island but we recommend hiring a car/bike if you want to reach the areas less exploited by tourism...and they really are worth seeing.

About Home Exchange Owners :

I shall be travelling with Alexandre who is my seven year old son and is very well-behaved and respectful of others' property.
The aim of our trip to London is to pay a visit to his big sister who has left Ibiza to study for her degree at Kingston University - we all miss each other very much, and the Christmas holidays seem a long time away. Although we have been offered beds at friends' houses, we would prefer not to impose on our friends and have our own space, if at all possible.
Ideally we would like to stay in Kingston to save on travelling. Failing that, I would be most interested in Zones 1 or 2. That said, I'm open to suggestions...

* I am looking for accomodation from 26th or 27th October and have booked flights to return 1st November. That said, if you wanted to stay longer that (say, 10 days)that should not pose a problem.
