Exchange Zones

The apartment has two bedrooms, lounge, kitchen, bathroom and terraza with sea view, it is situated in Valdelagrana beach 3 km from Puerto de Santa Maria, 20 km of Cadiz, 15 Km from Jerez, the beach is 8 km fine sand which 4 km belong to the Toruños natural park in which you can walk by foot or rent a bicycle in the park, the apartment has private parking, tennis, sports court, and there is a bus stop really close so you can arrive to the Puerto de Santa Maria, there you can take also a boat line to get to Cadiz easily or you can move to Cadiz by bus too. 5 minutes walking there is a train station at the same beach.
The apartment can accommodate 4 people, two bedrooms one of them is double bed and one with twin beds. The intention of the exchange is to send my son to study English for a few months, he is a serious and responsible man who is used to taking care of things, doing homeworks, he is a sport person, non smoker and neat.
In some ocation, we (mother and father) could go there and visit him.
We would like to find a house close to an English academy, or close to a metro or bus stop to get to it.
