We exchange our flat in historical centre of Córdoba (Andalucía) for apartment in New York. We would go the first week of January, 2010, and our flat might be available for almost any moment of the year. It is a duplex furnished with three bedrooms: the principal with double bed, other one with individual bed and a study with sofa bed. Beautiful terrace with flowers, very calm and sunny. Parking, air conditioning and all the comforts. It was constructed in 2006.
