Amazing apt/ house: it is a 150 years old factory that we renovates entirely with 3 levels and plenty of space. we kept the rustic style of the house and furnished it with wood furniture which gives a warm and cozy feel. Very close to the city center (5 sub stops), you will find all the food store, shopping moal and flee market right in the neighborhood. 20mn from beach too!!!!!

Additional information:

the house has 3 levels, three bedrooms, and a total of 1 king size bed and 5 single beds. One living room with TV and DVD player. The living room is connected with the kitchen. In the kitchen you will find everything you need like stove, espresso machine, microwave,oven etc... There is one bathroom with shower and toilet on the main floor and bathroom with shower downstairs.The laundry is also downstairs. We live 10mn subway from city center, 20mn walk from beach , 2mn from food market and shopping mole.
We also have our housemate who lives in a separate part of the house, and you probably wont see him much, he will work the whole time, and two friendly cats.

The area where we live is very quiet and safe and yet only 10min by subway from the city center!. The subway station is a 2min walk away and takes you to the city center in 10min. A large food market is 2min away walking and the shopping mole at 4mn. You also have a train station who will take you to the coast and many beautiful beaches in 15mn.There is a large and very green park just 1 minute away where you can play with the kids. In the city centre of Barcelona, you will find everything you could possible ask for such as excellent restaurants, museums, theatres etc. We think that Barcelona is probably the most exciting city in Europe

We are a 40s international couple (french and japanese with a 5 years old boy. I am a massage therapist and my husband is a jazz musician. we used to live in NY and love to go back every year to meet our friends and reconnect to the city. Our son is very easy traveler since he traveled so much already, and loves New York. We have two cats and unfortunately can´t take them with us!
