Our apartment is a fifth floor (sorry, no elevator) in a 1920's building in the Eixample Esquerra of Barcelona. It has a lot of character and charm, with old floor tiles in some parts.
It is very sunny and quite spacious, about 100m2. We have a large double bedroom and one sofa bed in an another room.
The city center is quite near, either by foot (20 min.) or by bus or subway.
The neighborhood is very practical, with all kind of commodities, and very well connected.

Language of communication: English, spanish, italian, french, catalan, little bit of japanese
