The house is located in a renovated pedestrian street in the neighborhood of poblenou. It is a quiet area with shops, restaurants and just 5 minutes walk from the beach. The metro is 3 minutes walk and you can get to Plaza Catalunya and Las Ramblas in 12 minutes.
It´s a two floor´s house 5 minutes from the beach. In the main floor there is the living room, with TV, DVD. The kitchen with oven microwave, washingmachine, dishwasher. There is also a 6m2 terrace. On the top floor there is the main room. bedroom suite with bath. The 20m2 children's room has 2 beds. On the upper floor there´s a sunny 35 m2 terrace.
