We have a well situated flat in Barcelona near Lesseps Square,10' walking from Parc Guell (Gaudi's famous Park). Lesseps Square underground station is four stops from the downtown (Catalonia Square) and at two stops from Passeig de Gracia where Gaudi's buildings are located. Our apartment (860 sq feet-80m2 has two double bedrooms, one large bathroom with bath tube, a fully equipped kitchen and a illuminated living room with origin closed balcony.It is located in a quiet street where you'll find shops, restaurants, a public library and sport facilities. From a walk to Gracia neighborhood, one of the most animated zones in Barcelona.
We have experience in swap, 3 times with people from London and New York.

About Home Exchange Owners :

I am a lecturer on social psychology in Barcelona, in the Open University of Catalonia, and now I'm doing a postdoctoral stay at the Department of Sociology at Goldsmiths College, London. I was awarded a grant by the Catalan Government and I'll be in England until the end of September 2012, collaborating and working on some shared research projects with colleagues from Goldsmiths. My partner also works in the same university, in Barcelona. She is in charge of the assesment process of the university and she would like to join me in London from 6 October 2010 to 13 October 2010. We also look for a swap in school holidays periods (Christmas 2010, Easter holidays 2011, White week -on March 2011) to travel to London with her daughters 14 and 10 years old.
For August 2011 we would like a week swap with Berlin or Amsterdam.
