Almerimar is in Almeria Spain, it is a pretty harbour town, possibly the nicest resort in Almeria. It lies just along the coast from Roquetas and Aquadulce. It is perfect for holidays and living as it is very unspoilt and although it can be a little busy during July and August; the other 10 months are quite tranquil, giving it a good holiday / living balance. Almeria is found half way between Malaga and Murcia. Almerimar has a 27 hole golf complex consisting of a Par 72, 18 hole Master golf course and a 9 hole short golf course. Almerigolf is about 100 metres from the golf club house and the new golf hotel, so for the golfers among you, it is the perfect house. The house is also right next to the beach and 100-200 metres walk to Almerimar harbour, so the position is quite enviable.

The house is a typical Spanish house which has the added advantage of being dual aspect. The front is in a gated community, but it has a back entrance on the public street, enabling your visitors access without the need for access into the private community. It is tastefully decorated and fully furnished and therefore, you can move in and do absolutely nothing, just relax, have a glass of wine and enjoy the sun.
