A modern home in the suburb of Tamboerskloof and situated on the slopes of Lions Head our home, La Montanara offers 180 degrees unobstructed panoramic views of Cape Town, Table Bay and surroundings. The beaches and the city centre of Cape Town are 5 km away, the best restaurants and the city centre are just down the hill -The Waterfront is a 10 min drive. The house consists of a large main bedroom with with bathroom en suite, two other bedrooms with a seperate bathroom. The main bedroom has a queen size bed and the other two bedrooms have double beds. Upstairs, the lounge, dining room and kitchen are open plan style with a guest toilet including garage. The swimming pool and garden is located on the ground level. The kitchen has a gas hop, electrical oven, dishwasher, washing machine and all other necessities.
