Currently we are looking for a sea-side accommodation during our vacations 9-23 of July 2016 and 03-17 of September 2016. Not simultaneous exchange can be arranged for the FIFA World Cup 2018 or during other summer time/new year Russian holidays.

Our lovely town has a very optimal location to keep balance between excitement and relaxation. It is located in the southern part of Moscow province In the ecological place near the river and among the forests.
If you would like to enjoy by nature and relax you could go for a walk, fishing, picking mushrooms etc.,
but if you would like to get the heart of Russia - Moscow or enjoy by any other ancient
or cultural places, you could visit them in a daily trip.
Moscow, Tula, Serpukhov, Kolomna, Kashira, Zaraysk, Ryazan - could be reached by car/bus/train in 1 - 1,5 hour.

- Holy Trinity-Belopesotsky Monastery (10km) - Parts of its brick walls are from the 16th century, and its bright Cathedral of the Trinity is considered to have been built in the late 17th century.
- Moscow (100km) - Kremlin/museums/galleries/stadiums/theaters.
- Tula (113km) - State Museum of Arms, Russian samovar production center.
- Yasnaya Polyana (129km) - the place where famous Russian writer Leo Tolstoy lived and was buried.
- Kolomna (70km) - the historical part of Kolomna is like an open air museum consists of the architectural monuments of XIV-XIX centuries.
- Zaraysk (68km) - Kremlin which were built by Russians as a protection against the hordes of the Crimean and Kazan Tatars.
- Kashira (12km) - the town was once home to exiled Kazan Khan Ghabdellatif.
- Serpukhov (74km) - It's history is rich in important events: the training manoeuvres of Dmitry Donskoy's army took place in Serpukhov before he went to meet the Tatar Horde on Kulikovo Field. In Serpukhov, Ivan the Terrible surveyed his military forces. Boris Godunov camped here. In 1812 the people's volunteer corps gathered in the town. Serpukhov played a very important part during the years of the Civil War and the Great Patriotic War.
- Ryazan (140km) - the city was existed since 1078. The first ruler of Ryazan was supposedly Yaroslav Sviatoslavich, Prince of Ryazan and Murom.
- Kubinka (148km) - the biggest Tank museum in the world.
- Prioksko-Terrasny Reserve (70km) - great opportunity to relax in the nature and to get unforgettable experience of meeting a herb of European and American bisons in the forest.

All these sights are available to visit by one-day trip from our place.

We would be glad to offer our modern and Cosy 65m apartment. There are 2 bedrooms, a separate kitchen, a livingroom, 1 bathroom, WC and balcony . The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, 4 ring hob, an oven, a Tassimo coffee machine, microwave, steam-machine, tv and CD player. The bedroom has a large flat screen TV with a several international news channels, cd & DVD player, air-conditioning. The living room has a TV projector with a grate possibility to relax and watch sport matches. The bathroom is with bath/shower, washing machine and heated towel rail. The toilet is separated. 1st bedroom: 180 x 190 bed. 2nd bedroom: a sofa bed 140 x 190 & loft bed for kid. The sofa in the living room can be also transformed in a large bed and accommodate 2 persons more. The apartment is also equipped with wifi internet.
There is a free parking around the building. There are several public transport options. You can easily reach the center of Moscow in 90 minutes by train (15 min to train station) or in 60 minutes by direct bus, the bus station is 10 minutes from our house.
