Our home is located in a nice, quiet neighborhood with similar houses, about 20 minutes from Rincon, and 30 from Cabo Rojo, tourist places. We have a salt pool built in 2006 (44'x13'), which we use for lap swimming. The lot is 1,000 sqmt, with a beautiful mango tree in the front and palms all around. There is a covered garage for 2 cars and a laundry space (no dryer, we line dry). A bbq covered spot is useful to cook your lobster even under the rain. Inside, there is a master suite with a large bathroom, another bedroom with a single bed, and two offices. In one of them, a small sofa sleeps one.
