It's a nice duplex apartment at the heart of Lisbon's old centre - Alfama. Tehre's a view to the river tagus and it's very close to downtown Rossio - 15, 20 min's walk. Theres' a subway near and also the tram and buses, but the best is to walk around, sightseeing
