Two bedroom ocean view holiday home in Whatuwhiwhi, Doubtless Bay New Zealand. Spectacular beaches, golf and winery all close by. The house enjoys a 180 degree view of the ocean with fantastic sunsets. We are on an elevated lot, just 5 minutes walk down to the beach and within a 10 minute drive to 4 other beaches in the area. Great fishing and swimming.

About Home Exchange Owners :

Two adults with an 8 year old who we home school when away. We own and operate a seasonal resort in Parry Sound, Ontario. As we are closed in the winter we have spent the last 10 years in New Zealand over the Canadian winter. We are now staying closer to home and taking shorter vacations so looking to do a house exchange with our NZ property. Looking forward to seeing other parts of the world!
