Our apartment is a stylish little haven, hidden right in the centre of Wellington city. Everything is within walking distance. The apartment is 100 sq.m, in a converted brick 1920s tea store, with beautiful native timber floors.

It is a warehouse/loft style large one-bedroom apartment on the ground level, perfectly designed for a couple, and is right in the middle of everything central Wellington has to offer.

Apartment has all the usual comforts, tv/dvd/sky television, fast internet, dishwasher, bath etc, modern stainless steel kitchen. The perfect base for exploring what the region, and New Zealand, has to offer.

Wellington is in the middle of the country and easy to fly/ferry & drive to both North and South Island destinations.

We are looking for an exchange with a Paris-based couple for up to 5 weeks, June - September 2011.
