Tauranga is a beautiful sunny, beach location. Population around 100,000. National Airport only 7 minute drive. The house has some water views. Is 5 minute walk to the water. Beautiful cafe on the water only 5 minute walk. 10 minute walk to the CBD, shops, restaurants and cafes. Less than a 10 minute drive to surf beach and shopping mall. Great harbour for all water sports. It currently has 2 toilets but we are waiting for council permits to build an ensuite. Less than an hour to top tourist city of Rotorua, with geothermal activity and stunning lakes.
