We are set in a quiet cul de sac, a sunny, safe area, completely fenced and well suited to families. A five minute walk to the heart of Mapua, a small, but trendy seaside village that used to be a port. This is an incredibly beautiful area of New Zealand - top of the south island. Every activity available imaginable from skiing in winter to jetboating, kyaking, tramping in summer. There are award winning restaurants and cafes just minutes walk away, beaches, tennis, an aquarium, shops and health centre.

Our home is 3 bedroom with 2 lounges, master bedroom has ensuite. Heat pump, large deck for enjoying the last rays of the sun as you look across surrounding orchards to the western ranges which are snow capped in winter time.
