The house is a 3 bedroom 100 year old villa sitting on 1 1/2 acres of old paddocks divided by mosss covered stone walls. It was the original farm house for the area but has a modern kitchen and baths while still remaining as original as possible.
The house is 3.5 K from the small village of Kamo and 5-6 K to the city of Whangarei where you have many cafes, a cinema, shops etcs. We are centrally located in Nothland with easy access to beachs, hiking, kauri forest, the Bay of Islands etc.
