We have a modern property in a delightful village within sight of the Southern Alps. Washing machine & dryer, dish washer and all ameneties. 35 min drive to Christchurch which is a wonderful city and twenty minutes to the ski fields if you're here in winter. Careful tenants please. Several months preferred. We are a retired couple
