2 storey 3 bedroom townhouse, very close to great shopping, 10 mins to beach, 1 1/2 hours to Thermal hot pools. 2 hours from Ski fields and 1 hour from lovely french theme town called Akaroa. BBq on patio. Heat pump and fireplace for winter, but so much better in our summer, which provides 20 - 30 degrees in temperature.
