In April 2009 finished townhouse with 2 storeys, double garage, in cul de sac next to railway (few trains per day, 2 passenger and irregular freight trains) 100 m from Hagley Park with golf course, botanical garden. Walk to shopping, inner city, 10 min drive by car to the sea and 90 mins to the southern Alps.
Downstairs is open plan lounge, dining,kitchen, double garage and storage, wc; upstairs 3 bedrooms, 1 office, bath and ensuite off main bedroom. Smaller sized bedrooms. No gardening required.
Dec to Mar is summer in New Zealand, Christchurch has only a few rainy days.
